Appearance and Dimensions:

Unmarked corners are uniformly R0.2–R0.25mm.
Stamped surfaces must be flat, free of scratches, die marks, indentations, or other defects.
Burr height must be less than 0.05mm.
Material strip curvature: 9mm/1000mm; twist: 90°/1000mm.
Dimensions marked with “∇” are critical control points and must be measured during each material intake and production process.

Surface Treatment:

Overall nickel plating thickness ≥ 50μin.
Gold-plated areas ≥ 1μin.
Electroplating thickness must be checked at specified measurement points.

Process Requirements:

Pre-break positions must first be bent 30° forward, then 60° backward to achieve separation.
Production process: continuous strip feeding → electroplating → material collection.
During stamping, plating, and material collection, each strip layer must be wrapped with special reel paper to prevent tangling.
After stamping, products must be packaged in adhesive reels with labels attached, and each batch must include a measurement report.

Performance Requirements:

Holes must be sealed.
Must pass 48-hour salt spray test.
Must withstand 265°C for 10 seconds without surface discoloration such as blackening or purpling.
Terminal functions and characteristics must comply with the Quality Assurance Department’s part inspection standards.
